Anyone calling from a landline telephone in the UK (and selected mobile suppliers) can call an 0800 telephone number free of charge. An 0800 number is used when you are prepared to pay the cost of incoming calls.

As the call is free from UK landlines, an 0800 number is proven to generate sales enquiry calls; attracting responses to online and printed advertising campaigns. It's also beneficial to demonstrate a high level of customer service by emphasising your commitment to a cost-effective business relationship.
Charges
There is no rental charge for an Enet5 0800 number and a nominal £10 to setup the service. Enet5 charges only 2.5p per minute for you to receive calls to your 0800 number from a UK landline. We believe that this is the lowest cost 0800 service in the UK and it is cheaper than you calling back via many normal methods!
Your account is pre-paid with an initial payment of £50. The opening amount is credited to your account and provides 1,600 incoming call minutes. You can top up your account with as little as £25 from which there are no deductions except a nominal charge if you ever wish to change your destination number.
How does it work
Your 0800 number is routed to a destination number of your choice which can be changed. Callers to your 0800 number will ring your destination number and your pre-pay account is charged for the call according to its duration.
The destination telephone number is a geographic telephone number such as your home (perhaps a second business number), office telephone or answering service. An attractive combination is the 0800 linked to an ENET5 VoIP number; our VoIP service provides you with automatic and unlimited voicemail if you are not able to take the call.
Please note that callers from most mobile phones, from some non-BT telephone companies or from outside the UK do not benefit from the free call and may be charged by their operator. It is therefore advisable to also display a standard geographic number on publicity material to minimise these callers’ charges.
