One number Enables you to give one number to all your contacts for all voice and fax calls.
Professional Greeting You create your own personalised company greeting, which is professionally recorded using our voice studios. This can be changed twice after the initial set-up at no additional cost.
Flexible call diversion Calls can be routed without charge to any UK landline or international landlines (international calls are typically only 1p a minute extra)
Call Announcement Every call is announced to the recipient informing the department selected allowing them to professionally greet the caller with the correct departmental salutation. One person can represent several departments accurately.
Press 5 to Accept Call Navigator can be set up to either deliver calls when answered or to give the option to press 5 to accept the call. This means the recipient can choose whether to accept the call or leave it to be answered by the next number or option within the hunt group. "This is your Call Navigator, we have a call for sales press 5 to accept".
81 Departments Call Navigator can have one department up to an amazing 81 departments. Each department can have it's own personalised greeting professionally recorded. The service allows nine first level departments and 9 sub-departments per department .
810 Telephone Numbers Each department can have up to 10 telephone numbers in a hunt group sequentially dialled. This means a total of 810 direct dial telephone numbers can be included.
Mobile Divert Mobile telephone numbers can be included within the department telephone hunt group (additional call charges apply).
Business Hours The company and departmental greetings can be different during office hours and out of hours.  Call hunt groups can also be different for the different time bands.
Voicemail Integrated voicemail is always the last call handling option.
Email/SMS Voicemail Alerts  Once a voicemail is received a notification is sent to email or mobile phone as an SMS message. Voicemails can then be listened to on-line using a PC or by an ordinary or mobile telephone using a PIN code.
Fax Handling Call Navigator can receive fax calls as well as voice calls to any fax machine or email address.
Internet Control Panel All of the services are managed on-line from a computer using the Internet 24 hours a day, 365 days a year from anywhere in the world.
