The Online Kiosk enables you to select
from the full range of Enterprise Style products and
services. This is an online enquiry service - our
experienced team will contact you and provide expert
advice and assistance before you commit to buy.
You are invited to select as many items
as you wish - there is no charge and no commitment at this
stage.
CATEGORIES
There are seven categories, each
containing a range of related products or services.
SELECT & ADD TO THE SHOPPING BASKET
As
you choose an item, a line is added to your electronic
basket. To remove any item simply enter '0' in the quantity
box and press the UPDATE button once. Add any items that are
of interest; remember that there is no commitment and no charge
until we we have discussed your requirements with you and you are
happy to proceed.
CHECKOUT
This is a secure enquiry service, your details are sent
encrypted to our Customer Centre (you will receive an automatic
confirmation). Our customer service team will contact
you at your convenience to discuss your requirements in
greater detail. Some free of charge products and services are
sent automatically.
PAYMENT
We do not accept payment through the Online Kiosk. To keep
our prices low, we refuse to pay 5% of your money in charges to the
banks, instead we accept payment by cheque or electronic
transfer. All monthly services are provided by standing
order.
INVOICE
You will be provided with an invoice
by email with full details of your proposed service and product
purchases. The invoice will also detail VAT and any delivery
charges along with payment information.
VAT
All our prices are shown exclusive of
vat which will be added to your final account.
DELIVERY
When you are totally ready, we will
provide the services you select. Remember to allow
time for services such as hosted email connection and
web-development.
DELIVERY CHARGES
There is a single charge of £7.50 for delivery next day anywhere in
the UK for those items for which physical delivery is
necessary. Free items do not carry a delivery charge.
